FF&E Designer

Dubai, UAE Full-Time Interior Design

Responsibilities

  • Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment for luxury interior design projects
  • Prepare full FF&E presentation boards and finishes for client presentations
  • Maintain the library of suppliers and vendors
  • Prepare sample boards in conjunction with the design team
  • Support design review meetings with the Project Designer
  • Create material finishes schedules across all project phases

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in furniture, fixtures, and equipment selection
  • Knowledge of interior design principles and space planning
  • Experience in creating FF&E specifications and schedules
  • Strong attention to detail — able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional design teams
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
The role involves collaborating with architects, designers, and clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces — ensuring design concepts are implemented seamlessly from concept board to final installation.
